The RCA hires a group of university/college students each year to carry out important education and technical projects from May through August. The students travel throughout Alberta delivering these projects, while gaining valuable experience that assists them in their education and career pursuits.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this year, the Ambassador program is facing some changes and the RCA is having to adapt project scopes and content. However, there are still ample opportunities for the Ambassadors to gain valuable experience in the industry through research projects, industry member outreach and attending certain events while practicing social distancing.
Students, download the job description here. Although 2020 Summer Ambassador positions have been filled, additional job opportunities may arise during the summer with the RCA. Connect with us if you are interested in part-time work!
