Mandi Parker

Mandi is the General Manager of the Waste & Environment Department with the City of Lethbridge. She has been involved with the solid waste industry since 1998 as a consultant and since 2016 within the municipality. Her experience includes (but not limited to) compliance monitoring, methane migration, risk management, material recovery facility construction, program design, contracted service agreements, public drop off, cell construction, contaminated soil review and approval, strategic planning, ICI diversion, corporate sustainability, circular economy, policy development, budgeting, and capital projects. Mandi is a registered professional Agrologist in Alberta and has a Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Lethbridge.
