I was wondering if you could send this e-mail out to RCA members please. We are in kind of a pickle up here.
The wildfire destroyed some 2000 residential properties here last year and with them went the curbside recycling bins.
In the process of replacing we have run into some difficulty. We are unable to get anything produced until the end of December 2017 and have close to 200 homes rebuilt and occupied. We also have a newly developed subdivision ready for roll out as well. And to make matters worse, the bins currently in use by residents are meeting their end of life and breaking rapidly. Our current stock of bins is dwindling in supply, down to the double digits.
We are asking if anyone has an order in production currently or in the near future that we may tag onto to order bins, or may have bins in stock they can spare (until we get our bins)? We have a 3-stream system with three separate coloured bins (light blue, dark blue, and black), we need at least 2000 bins. Preferably the 240 L size. Doesn’t matter what colour, we will make do with what is available.
Thank you for your assistance and support during the past year.
