Strategic Planning for a Circular Future

Last week, the Recycling Council of Alberta Board of Directors and staff gathered for a strategic planning session, supported by Lucie Hamel from Vantage Facilitators. This collaborative effort, called RCA 2030: From Vision to Action, focused on shaping the strategic direction of our organization for the next five years!

We’re excited to refine all the inputs and prepare the strategic plan for Board approval and the official unveiling at the upcoming AGM in October. As always, we remain dedicated to promoting, facilitating, and advocating for a circular economy in Alberta.
