International Compost Awareness Week 2025

While every day is an important day to recycle your organics, the first full week of May is designated globally to spread the COMPOST! message ‘round the world.
For everyone involved in organics recycling, it is THE week to showcase your important work and contributions to your community and sustainability. PLUS it is a GREAT WEEK to remind everyone about the importance of recycling their organics and taking care of their soil.
Our first COMPOST WEEK celebration was in 1995 … and now 30 years later, our message is even more true and needed.
