Description
Cerebral Palsy Alberta (CPAA) is a registered non-profit organization that supports individuals with all disabilities in the province of Alberta. CPAA also collaborates with other organizations to promote awareness, acceptance and understanding for individuals with disabilities to live, learn and work in the community.
Services Offered
The CPAA runs an environmentally sustainable business operation which allow them to raise the funds necessary to cover their operational costs. Their “Go Green” initiatives include the clothing donation program, where they collect gently used clothing and small household items, either through clothing drives or community boxes. They also have a Beverage Container Recycling Program, which includes pickups from businesses, households, and special events from all over the province.
