Advancing Alberta’s Circular Economy, Every Day 

Today is World Environment Day — a global day established by the United Nations in 1971 to spotlight action on the environment and inspire change. 

At the Recycling Council of Alberta, that’s been our work since day one. Our vision is a waste-free world. Our mission is to advance the circular economy in Alberta. 

For more than 35 years, we have worked with communities, municipalities, businesses, and governments to reduce waste, rethink systems, and build a more circular future.
