RCA Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Hub Launch

The Recycling Council of Alberta is excited to share our new member resource: the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Hub

The WIL Hub connects the RCA’s 330+ members with Alberta post-secondary institutions, making it easier for circular economy organizations to access student talent for internships, co-ops, mentorships, applied research, community service learning, and other WIL opportunities. This initiative helps members access student support, helps colleges and universities achieve employment outcomes, and provides students with valuable real-world experience.

👉 Explore the WIL Hub here: recycle.ab.ca/wil

To help members navigate the opportunities, the WIL Hub includes a clear Q&A section explaining how it works and what WIL is. It also directly supports the RCA’s 2030 Strategic Plan goals to advance circular economy literacy and action.

Because this resource was created for you, our members, we wanted you to be the first to see it! Please take a look and let us know if you have any questions or feedback, we’d love to hear how you might use it in your work.

Together, we can shape future-ready talent while advancing Alberta’s circular economy.

Thank you for being part of the RCA.
