Nominate a Circular Leader for an Rs of Excellence Award  

The Recycling Council of Alberta Rs of Excellence awards recognize the individuals, organizations, and programs that are leading the way in advancing Alberta’s circular economy through waste reduction and resource conservation. If you know a person, municipality, business, or initiative making an outstanding contribution, we encourage you to submit a nomination. 

Nominations are open until September 12, 2025. 

Nominees will be evaluated on: 

  • Measurable waste reduction impacts 
  • Innovation and progress toward circularity 
  • Leadership and track record 
  • Long-term environmental commitment
